Tatyana Stepanova

Tatyana Stepanova    Embarking on an intense quest to innovate painting as a bridge of liberation between east and west, Stepanova developed a unique style combining 20th century movements of minimalism, Realism, abstraction and Pop. Her elegant aesthetic utilizes the diptych to simplify complexities and transform personal narrative into the universal mythos of the collapsed Quantum Wave. In 2006, she returned to Russia with the exhibition “Light and Space” at the Moscow Museum of Art, which relates a heroine’s journey for the 21st century. She is currently preparing installation projects in New York City.
